It is not too large to be cumbersome on your wrist and can be strapped on with one hand (though it might take some practice). You can load up with several screws on the wristband and worry about going back and worth to the box for more. The magnets are plenty strong. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that I found it a bit small and sometimes I would go to place screws on it only to miss the magnets. Key things- the magnetic strip goes all the way around, instead of just on a little section like comperable products on other sites, like Red Envelope. It holds a decent amount of weight- we tested with silverware, scissors, etc. It does make his wrist sweat a bit, but in his words: totally worth it.
