This is a great little bench! The installation took about 15 minutes. The instructions were clear and each piece easily identified. It feels very sturdy and has a nice drop position. The little problem I have is that it came with some silver stickers with the phrase “SB410″ as peeling and flaking that takes away from the appearance. Looks didn’t really play a big role in my purchase anyway though. I would definitely recommend it. Actually one of my friends tried to buy it from me already! Extremely fast shipping. I needed something to help me drop these 30 pounds of extra weight. Being a short guy (5′7 “), was the decisive board perfect fit for my body. If you are beyond me, you may want to look for something more suitable to your size … The adjustable drop, which is , has not declined enough for a sweat-inducing workout. I got this crunch board for sixty dollars and free shipping. It is everything you expect from a crunch board. The Board is full for long enough, and I’m 6′1 “. You do not sit back on when you do crunches anyways. It actually looks very professional and very handily, add platform for a general training area. The only problem I had was that a nut was missing in the package, but I only brought minor bolt nuts down to the local hardware store and bought a nut for about 50 cents. Assembly was easy, I did it myself for about half an hour. For the record, is almost all of the product any form of metal, not reinforced plastics. This was my first purchase on Amazon. (you have to start somewhere) I have searched my area and could not find the chalk board that I wanted. I used to belong to a local gym, which suddenly went belly up. They had a basic crunch board that I really liked to use. The “Marcy SB-410″ filled the bill. Are priced very affordable, the rock solid construction and an attic mount. I use it in my outside screened room in Florida about four days a week and I am very, very pleased. Great workout bench for the price. Well built and easy to build. Also provides a comfortable place for the storage of dumbbells and weights of two modes for emergencies. Just want the Board area was a bit longer but overall good product. Rating: 4 / 5
