It reinforces is a great addition to my massage table. I get a professional to get to my house once a month, and she used the pillow as a substitute! It reinforces is much better than that! It reinforces not absolutely necessary for massage, but it significantly improved comfort for the person who is massaged, both while laying on his stomach (place during the ankles) and down (place in the knees). I would have been classified as a 5 star, but would have preferred to strengthen about an inch or so thicker in diameter. Rating: 4 / 5
