I bought this as part of a gift for my mom, who recently quit smoking. I thought I had a great deal because the picture showed that there were 100. When I received it, was disappointed, I think it was a smaller package than I thought. I would have expected that in the description, picture, or someone else would have declared 40 bits. I was a smoker for ten years and this product helped me quit. If nothing else, it will help you transfer your dependence on nicotine in cigarettes with nicotine in tandköttet.Lätt to use: chew until it burns and “parking” it between the gum and cheek. Each piece is individually wrapped. I used to carry three pieces of me one day and using a play about every eight hours (see the end most of the nicotine was gone, but never underestimate the placebo effect, eh?). Only bad thing is that you can not drink anything while the gum is oral, because it will erode the nicotine.
