I was so excited for my bike! I did a lot of research and read all the positive reviews on Amazon. The box it came was not damaged at all, and it seemed to be well packaged surrounded by polystyrene. But there are several dents in the metal. Some of them are just cosmetic and I was willing to overlook. Quick release lever knob was broken, in which it was willing to post another free of charge. But there is no need to replace it now. . . government will only go down to a certain height, because the base of the handlebars fit bent inwards. I am so annoyed at everything and do not even want to deal with the return. (I live up a few stairs and did not want to ask another person to help me carry 125 pounds cycle again to be returned.) Hopefully I will continue to take my frustration out on the bike riding and I will get my $ 500 using the . I’m just confused on how the company can box up a bike with so many obvious bent pieces. Bike is exactly what we wanted. The only problem is that it came with a bad bend support bracket. . . have not contacted Amazon or Phoenix than to try to replace it. Rating: 3 / 5

I am a little upset. Bought this bike as a gift to someone you like, they opened it, and one of the wheel’s broken into pieces. Called customer service in early January and they said I would get it within 7-10 working days, a month later, I still do not have it. Rang again and was told that they are on the back order now. They called me back a couple of hours later and said they did not sign up ordering cycle? I’m upset with their customer service, especially since this was a gift! I do not think I would ever order from them again knowing they can not keep their word on when they would send it, especially not even call me so I know it was on my back like this when I am waiting for a package . I have no idea what to do now. Rating: 2 / 5

This bike was in good condition with nothing broken or damaged. The ride is smooth and the resistance is easy to adjust to rapid changes in the spinning and interval training. The collection was not bad, it will with the tools you need and hard parts are already assembled. A large indoor exercise machine. Rating: 4 / 5

I am very pleased with this spinning cycle. I’ve been spinning on my local YMCA in 4 years and decided a bike at home would be good because my schedule was in conflict with class times at the gym sometimes. This bike is sturdy and comfortable. Assembly took about 30 minutes. This is a good bike for the money. My only complaint is that the tension knob is too close to the frame. It is not a problem, just not quite as easy as I’m used to. All in all a good buy. Rating: 5 / 5
