I ordered a “new” rowing machine from Amazon. com (indicated by the seller). What I got was a used equipment that had been thrown into a box with a little padding, no directions, bolts and washers all over the box and the return slip from the original owner. This abrasive stated the original owner sent it back due to the products of poor quality. I was not even able to test the quality due to missing parts, and no directions. It is obvious that Amazon did not even open it after the original against a quality control. The only reason we do not buy into a local dealer is that no one here in Austin seem to sell rowing machines. I was hoping for something to give a decent workout, and instead I got disappointed. This is not necessarily a bad review for this product, one more negative review of the Amazon. I will come back here for a full refund. Rating: 1 / 5

This machine will definitely give you a workout. It has several settings for voltage, so you can control the intensity of your workout. It folds away, but not easy – it takes time and it is complicated to handle so we just leave it out. For the price, it’s fantastic! Rating: 5 / 5

I hate to come down here on the rowing machine so hard, but it just broke at the most inopportune time. I’ve had it for two years. It has been nice, but it has not been as smooth or quiet as I expected that it is based on the product description and perhaps other reviews. I took it apart today to see why it stopped working (the nylon strap is not long back). Inside is a spiral spring that winds the band after each move. This spring break, and at this point, I find it difficult to find out if there is a replacement part. Even if it is, I do not know if I will be able to get back together. I wanted to get an expensive rowing machine when I bought it here, but just do not want to spend money, now I’m unfortunately not make it. Rating: 1 / 5
