Ok, maybe I should have read it better, but if you are medium to advanced level, do not click on the button, I’m not the most flexible person, but strong as an ox, believed this would help, but I could not tell me if I exercise or sleep and should not have bought it. . . Rating: 2 / 5

I had high hopes for this DVD, and I was very disappointed. I give it two stars because there is value in the material itself. I’m Maggie Rhoads to deliver so ridiculously bad that it overshadows everything else. Ever heard of a second degree to read anything with such a complete lack of surface that you can not understand the sentence, even if you understand every word? In a nutshell, is that Maggie Rhoads. Her tortured grimace, her use of the ridiculous lingo of simple language, voice-enabling parts of the video looks like a dubbed foreign film, all makes DVD so annoying to try to follow in order to be worthless. Save your money. Rating: 2 / 5

I bought this DVD to help my partner to develop greater flexibility and strengthen his weak back. We discovered two major problems with this DVD: 1) the exercises were not at all challenging (and not left the variants to increase the intensity) and 2) not only part of the exercises hurt (I was weird back pain in the middle of the workout), but many of the transitions between exercises completely ignore the inflexible nature of the audience. We have tried some of the alternative workouts in hopes of finding something we liked, but even if we could find something that worked, we simply do not like it – the hostess is uninspiring and training sequences are uncreative.
