“Power Yoga – Level” DVD contains a 24-minute yoga workout that emphasizes strength and aerobic capacity. The training is a series of greetings sun alternated each time with a different yoga exercises. Down for the dog used as a “sleeping is” halfway greeting every Sun. Workout is designed for medium to advanced level yoga experties. It does not give any instruction that describes the positions, and contains several positions that will be impossible for beginners and advanced beginners. The recording quality is fair, with a lot of background noise in both image and ljud.Så, we have visibility. This DVD has beautiful scenery and an incredibly buff man with naked breasts for women to admire. Oh, you look at the floor or ceiling of 95% of the training, so it is completely irrelevant. Facing the floor and ceiling are also a problem because the verbal instructions are lousy – the only name the next posture. This “move in such a posture, and that” dialogue is very poorly synchronized with the video, sometimes leading, sometimes lagging. Since the entire workout is fast paced, you would need to memorize any training to compensate for this error. There are a lot of repetition (ie same basic saluation Sun), so this will not be so difficult – but you have to sit and watch the DVD several times before you börjar.Flera of upper body strength exercizes is impossible for most people do. There are three “fold your body into a little ball and keep you up on your hands” positions. Few women have the upper body strength to keep themselves in this way, and few men are able to add a sufficiently small ball. You must also be able to do the downward dog for a long time, and able to do push-ups (on the right toe). Overall, I would not recommend you to buy this DVD. If you want to have a combined strength building and aerobic exercise, you will be much better to buy one of “The Firm” workouts as The Firm – Total Body Toner. If you like yoga, Yee’s AM Yoga for your weekly addresses my problem with this DVD. Rating: 1 / 5

I like a lot of work, Rodney Yee, this disc is just right for me, not complete but still challenging. It gives a nice perk up if it is done in the morning. Remember that whole routine only takes about 20 minutes. Rating: 5 / 5

Many of these are a review, but I like them. Some are too difficult for me, but I try them anyway. Rating: 5 / 5

Excellent DVD for a beginner. Rodney Yee, just one step further. Good stretching and movement. I’ll keep an eye out for the new Rodney Yee DVD. Rating: 4 / 5

nice workout. . . but I would ask a higher level of training. Rodney Yee is a true master. His DVDs are always good. . . but as I have been in advanced yoga practice. . . this is good for a follow-up. . . but not enough pressure. Rating: 4 / 5
