    DVD did not work after the first 5 min. It was scratched. So instead of going through the trouble of getting my $ 8 back, I just threw it away! Not a good experience! Rating: 1 / 5

    You have to watch the video for an hour a couple times before actually doing yoga so I have not even begun this video. Instead, go with Denise Austin. She can be annoying at times but her yoga videos are best. Try Yoga Plus Denise Austin. It combines yoga, pilates and weights arm so you get nice and toned. Rating: 1 / 5

    This video should not be called “Power Yoga” – there is no powerful, energizing, or hard about it. I recommend it to beginners and seniors, but not to anyone who wants a good workout. Rating: 3 / 5

    3 words, bad for you. This band is bad for you. the postures are very strenuous on the knees and back for those not practiced, and all of irreperable knee injuries. how he sits bent knees and rolls around on his back is just unacceptable for someone in good condition, the highest level of control over their muscles and breathing.     I have more power yoga videos. I was hoping this would be interesting and challenging. For me it was not. I saw it for about 15 minutes and did not bother with the rest. It seemed only. . well. . . boring. . compared with the Brain KEST and Bryon Baptiste. Rating: 3 / 5
