I was disappointed in the Pure Barre: Pershing Square 1 because there was “pure Barre”. The training is good but I was looking for something with real Barre work. I am a dancer and was looking for something that I could follow at home when I’m not in classes; Barre exercises that would challenge me. If you’re not a dancer, this is a good workout but if you are, it’s just a workout, and have little, if any, relatable to Barre. Ongoing 3 weeks of the Pure Barre workout DVD and look forward to every workout. It does a good job delivering unique challenging exercises, mainly for the lower body (I have never seen my legs shaking so much) and core area. It does a good job of keeping you engaged and interested by changing up the exercises something while targeting the same område.Som a fitness instructor, I have tried many diffent workouts in a gym environment and the passport at home (P90X, etc ) and I must say, Pure Barre has become my new favorite! I already see and feel results after two weeks of buying this DVD. Highly recommend! Rating: 5 / 5

I usually practice yoga in a studio, but when I do not have time to drive and need a quick workout video is a Pure Barre is a good alternative. A lot of the moves in the warm up, stretch and cool down are derived from yoga and pilates, although versions of the video is for beginners. I usually go into my own posture during this time, based on how I am comfortable. The actual trained seems to work, I’ve only had the video for a couple of weeks, and so far I am nöjd.Allt in all this is a good 45 minutes to figure out that I use in conjunction with other workouts and I am very satisfied. I do not like to go to the gym so I just go to pilates classes at a yoga studio. I was looking for a challenging DVD to do at home when I can not make it to class. I bought both the Pershing 1 & 2 and rotating them. Carrie is a great instructor and encouraging. She is very descriptive, where you should be familiar burning sensation in all drills so you know, if you do any exercise korrekt.Videofilmerna is broken in the arms, thighs, seat and back segments AB and extension work at the end. These segments are good if you only have twenty minutes and just want to do arms and abs. I am, I highly recommend Pure Pershing Square 1 & 2 if you want a challenging workout with minimal utrustning.Betyg: 5 / 5
