Product packaging needs to be better – probably Amazon wrong. It was a big Amazon box with very little wadded up paper dunnage. One arm was broken and another was on the way to go. It is a good product (we have another hanging on the wall) so long as it comes in one piece. Rating: 1 / 5

The two screws for mounting are long and the screw heads stripped before run the whole way. If not run all the way in which the console will not be securely mounted on the wall. Poor design. On the way to the hardware store to buy more screws to replace the only two originals, which are dismantled. Also instructions to drill 1 / 8 inch pilot holes for screws. This size hole would be too great. If I knew it would be too hard to make a simple install, I would not have purchased the product. Rating: 1 / 5

This is a robust and highly functional product, and I am most pleased with it. There are two things that prevent me from giving it 5 stars, but: 1) the holes for the installation is not on 16 “centers, like most studs are. The place of the holes is about 15 1 / 2″, which gives you a bit less margin of error if you install the studs hidden behind Gips.2) as mentioned elsewhere (I think) screw heads are a bit soft and will strip if you’re not försiktig.Annat than that works just as promised. I bought this and it came in a flash. Installation was simple, straight forward as long as you have a powerful drill to make a good hole and a strong, solid wall. I have it mounted and it is nowhere. Two new pairs of skis and poles, one for me and my girlfriend and it stays put until ski season again. Good buy. Rating: 5 / 5
