Customer service terrible, I emailed several times to check if this could be done by a certain date because I needed it as a gift they never answered and then I got an automated email saying it will be delivered a week after I needed it, I tried to cancel but no one came back to me, I had to buy another gift and then the mail came a week earlier than when they said it would come and I could have had it for the gift! I had to buy a second gift and pay the return postage for this, as their customer service never bothered to answer my original e-mail. Rating: 1 / 5

These range – in one of them you lie on your back and grab your foot and push with your legs and stand up to the arm – just seemed strange. I tried one, and it hurt my back. I saw parts of the video and never really believed in it. Unfortunately, I do not see any kind of message on Amazon’s return policy. But you get only a small contribution, and that they will not pay for shipping if there is nothing technically wrong with a DVD and you have opened it. So I spent 18 of the video and had to spend $ 9 to send it back, which amounts to $ 27th I complained and they gave me a refund of $ 13 or so, but the whole thing was unpleasant, time consuming and expensive. Sorry. I hate to bad-mouth something to do with Dara Torres, but it did not work so well for me. Rating: 2 / 5

Resistance Stretching was developed by Anne Tierney and Steve Sierra, founder of innovative solutions. In the introductory chapters of the first disc, Anne and Steve explains that the Resistance Stretching is a process of resisting the stretch. In other words, it means that the muscle from the shortest to the longest position position while contracting the muscle at the same time, also called “e-centric” phase of styrketräning.Den first disc contains nearly one-hour tutorial in which Anne and Steve thoroughly explain all seventeen self-distance in its program. This 20-minute workout includes all seventeen autonomous introduced goes on Disc 1, but the whole routine is performed without pause for instruction. Dara modeling exercises alone while Anne and Steve take turns again cuing via voiceover. Before the start of training, Dara gives a very brief introduction, suggesting props for having in the vicinity (a mat and a small pillow or foam blocks to support the head). Compared to the manual, the pace of this exercise fairly rapidly. Although it felt a bit too fast the first time through, I have found the short length convenient to work in this routine once a week, and I have not been back to disc one since my first visning.Jag actually already includes some types of resistance that extends through the second workout DVDs that I own (for example, the classic Stretch series of Miranda Esmond-White). But Anne and Steve definitely a unique approach that is likely to be useful, and Dara Torres, they have an appealing, sympathetic spokesman. Although this method is suitable for virtually all levels, I think it is likely to appeal most to those who are already active and / or having an athletic background. Yet I would recommend this DVD for anyone who is interested in care work to increase their flexibility and reduce their overall health and fitness levels. Rating: 5 / 5

Resistance Stretching with Dara Torres two-disc is superb. You get 17 exercises to stretch and strengthen your body. A disc for a total depth tutorial with basic principles of resistance stretching & showing & explaining each exercise. The second disc is Dara makes a complete workout. Another problem is included and very helpful. I bought the first Bob Cooley Genius of Flexibility Video 1. 0th While it is good, this resistance Stretching with Dara Torres and her two coaches, Steve & Anne Tierney Sierra is hands down far better all around. Anne Tierney & Steve Sierra, trained with Cooley. This Resistance Stretching with Dara Torres 2-Disc DVD set is of high quality and very well done with nice pictures to show the area of each section addresses. I use it three times a week for my opposition stretching workout. Highly recommended. Rating: 5 / 5
