    I have been practicing yoga for over two years, but I still tend to prefer instructors who are poor and descriptive. Sara Ivanhoe definitely meets my needs. Her instructions are very thorough and easy to follow, and she certainly exudes a feeling of warmth. This DVD offers several options for quickly working prematurely. I’ve had them all. It is a great deal and an excellent alternative for those just learning yoga. Rating: 5 / 5

    My youngest child is 9. 5 months old, and my oldest is 2 years. I have tried dropping the last pounds since before I got pregnant with my second. The high impact workouts (aerobics etc) was too much for my recovery Prego hips, so I thought that yoga would be better. Plus – any time in the past that I stick to yoga for a few days a week, and my back always feels very core bättre.Jag love the variety that this DVD offers, and Sara is my favorite yoga person yet. I started up again (since before my second child) last week (I made four of training), and I’ve already lost two of those annoying pounds. Of course, I in combination with diet, but I’ve lost inches from your waist already, and my legs are already more tonad.Kärlek variety, love the instructor, the results of love, love how I feel. . . . love it.     I’ve been looking for a good yoga series that will challenge me to work through various groups of muscles in each. I get bored if I do the same video several times, so I thought I would give it a try. I absolutely love it! Sarah is an excellent teacher, very easy to follow, very precise in what and how to do it. She knows just when to remind you to breathe and loosen the jaw (when it gets tough!) And is a very comforting guide. It is a bit like a train with vän.Fördelar: 1) excellent instruction in breathing and explain innebär2) six different passports that each works a different part of the body – doesn’t get boring for fort3) not a lot of “cosmic” yoga – mainly focuses on träningen4) that is only 20 minutes long, but you can easily move from one exercise to another and change the routine to keep it intressant.5) good price! Disadvantages: 1) that is too short to do just one. To get a full workout, you’d have to make at least two of dem.2) You have to sit through the introduction at the beginning of each workout. . . cannot just skip straight to the träning3) The Abs workout is not nearly as good as I hoped. . . This is the best yoga DVDs that I have encountered to date. Excellent for beginners and is easily made more difficult if you are closer to intermediate. Rating: 5 / 5

    I am not an advanced yoga person, so I think this DVD was perfect. She is wonderful at explaining what you do and never annoying while doing it. My only gripe was that I never felt my heart racing, and while some sets was challenging, I do not think the DVD is fast paced enough for weight loss per say. Rating: 4 / 5
