The first Schwinn 120 Upright arrived damaged: the plastic on the rear stabilizer was in fragments. So we ordered a replacement, and guess what? The rear stabilizer plastic was also shattered. As a result, my wife and I question the durability of the product, so we’re settling for a refund instead of another replacement. But the Amazon service has been superb–polite, instantaneous, and efficient.

The bike was pretty easy to put together. It is sturdy and very quiet. Really happy with my purchase!
