I’ve owned the 220 for only 2 days so I don’t have much to say about the mechanical performance of the machine. My trouble begins and ends with the control panel. First the owners manual that came with my unit is incomplete on how to program the bike. I went online to the company website, downloaded the manual on PDF and discovered that this manual was different. This one had instructions on how to program the bike so I sat back down to “Add a User”. But as I worked my way through the inputs, there was no way to get past the “Custom 1″ screen. The machine doesn’t respond as the instuctions state. I can only use the machine as a “Guest User”. Hate to think I spent all that money to be guest on my own bike. I think I got a lemon. Very frustrating. I can say the 2 workouts I had as a guest seemed to go well, mechanically.

My bike was delivered when it was expected and my friend who is mechanically inclined thought that it was pretty easy to assemble. The basic quick start is easy enough, but I cannot figure out how to do the other programs. . . I can’t seem to get to them and the manual offers little explanation. If anyone can share the how – to’s with me I would be very appreciative. Besides that, it is very comfortable, quiet, and smooth.

Work perfect, very nice machine. Only and small problem was front wheel cover screws missing or they forgat the install.

Ok. I’ve done research upon research on recumbent bikes. My biggest concern was that 95% of all the reviews out there were from senior citizens or those using it for physical therapy. I need a bike for exercise and weight loss. I purchased this bike and am very pleased. The resistance is top notch and the computer read out is very informative. I’m 6′5 and 275lbs and it is still a perfect fit. So for all those people out there who are tall and or big this bike will work great for you. ! Great weight loss help a long!
