    I have done yoga for years, and it’s pretty bra.Jag have osteoporosis and now can not assign it means. I can not turn at the waist, and make some of the moving, bending poses. It is good for beginners. Rating: 3 / 5

    Do not waste your time and money on this 70-minute non-floating “training.” “For beginners” when applied to a work means it is either for people without previous experience or is it for people with a lower level of physical ability ( my category). This training does not fit either description. It moves slowly – which is often a pretext for the start of training – but it goes nowhere. You will say: “Are we there yet?” but you never kommer.Eftersom I am not physically strong but still likes to work out, I buy a lot of novice training. Usually there is something to enjoy in them all, but I found this one irriterande.Du must be very, very strong in the arms and legs. Shiva Rea holds a plank or other strenth-based means for a long time. She has your heart in some place that actually reduces flexibility rather than increasing it. She has been turning the outcome and the President is – not supported – to warm back for backbends. Hey, if you want to warm up the spine with excuses why not sit down? The whole sequence can be done at once, or it can be enjoyed in a segment taget.Detta is not a heart pumping workout, but it gives stretching, balance and strength work. Rhea gives suggestions for adapting the training to various levels of skill and flexibility. She provides an inspiring example of a fit older person, and this would be a good workout for the elderly and sedentary individuals.     This version is not much different from the current Outlook 2003 that I use. It is better to think of it more as an upgrade.     This review is ONLY good on this product that I have no prior knowledge or experience of yoga in some form, fashion, so I make no comparison to any other yoga programs. The surroundings are beautiful. After having personal knowledge of the beauty of most of the Hawaiian Islands, I can testify this is a very good representation of the true beauty and tranquility of the setting. But in the twilight of lush islands in general, I am not trying to learn or imitate anything, but with this DVD I am. The “darkness” on DVD at some places was quite an annoyance for me because it is so important for beginners to be able to “see” what they expected göra.Musiken, for the most part, is reassuring, so I guess correctly, and good music for yoga . It seems a bit frantic and may be useful, but I can not say that it is absolutely the case that a statement based solely on my perception that yoga is for meditation and inner lugn.Utseende and audio on DVD is reassuring in the same way as the hypnotic sounds that are on my clock radio. But I also know that there is more to yoga than så.De descriptions such as flow yoga, vinyasa yoga, and badhakonasana savasana does not matter to me ywt.Andra reviewer mentions Shiva “mislabels” or change the names of certain universal yoga movements. This was not a distraction, because I do not know the correct titles. Will there be an obstacle in branching out to other yoga programs? Maybe.
