I used the product 7 months ago and it worked. You must be severe and follow the program outlined in the kit is very close to work. I found out the system from an online article on natural methods to stop and highly recommend this product unless it rated barely better than this. I was a smoker for 34 years with up to 4 packages a day and sometimes I could still be clean with the help of this system for 40 days.
