    This is a good video to get started with an indoor workout on the bike. It will definitely sweat and your heart pumping! They need more sequences on the DVD, however. Rating: 4 / 5

    This is our fourth DVD, third in Spinerval Training workout. We have had it. Great cardio, keep you motivated. I like how Troy words during the workout to keep you going, he makes you laugh, and people are usually folk.Enjoy your ride! Rating: 3 / 5

    Like others, I found the trainer clear, appropriate music and choice of companion rider on the video to help. Since I am on a spinning cycle, the reference to the gear on the road bike, which directly affects the intensity would have been better to give both settings, gear and “turn the knob” for spinning bikes.
