Yes, great price. NOT easy for one person to put together, AND a bit flimsy.
The seat rattles, the handles rattle.
To put the adjuster together was nearly impossible – actually have not done it yet – too hard.
The cable does not fit right.

Now I’m no idiot when it comes to assembling things, but this thing went above and beyond being a little complicated trying to assemble. It was installing the resistance part that gave me fits. By the time I was done I was too tired to actually get on it and ride it. Otherwise since then it works well and accomplishes what I wanted it for.

I made the mistake of letting this bike sit boxed until I need it, as I was waiting for my current bike to breathe it’s last. Installation went well until the screw at the end of the magnetic cord snapped in half. The bike still functions, but the resistance is nearly nonexistant. The knob doesn’t fit into the housing very well either, feels like shoddy workmanship. Oh well, I guess you get what you pay for, will buy a more expensive, and hopefully better made bike next time.

I was originally excited to find this bike at such a great price. I took it home to find that the tension adjuster in one of the handlebars was stuck to the packaging and the monitor was completely missing from the box. I received a replacement for both pieces, put together and found that 1. the monitor did not work (it gave heartrate but would not show time/distance etc, would not turn on when pedaling) and
2. the resistance/tension adjustment did not work (at first it was stuck on a higher resistance, I thought for both problems maybe it needed to be warmed up and after only about a minute or so of pedaling, the resistance snapped and had no resistance – still was not adjustable)
I give one star only because the actual frame seemed to be pretty solid, in fact more solid than many of the $200 models (weslo and others I can’t remember) that I was able to test out afterward when looking for a replacement. I finally settled on a Schwinn for $250 and it was well worth the additional cost. It is quiet, smooth, quality made, has additional features and the seat adjuster is much nicer/easier than most other models (you don’t have to pick up the machine/fight with it to adjust). It was too bad about the stamina bike, and maybe I just got a “dud” but I wouldn’t take that chance again.

This is a great machine. If you do not want to spend tons of money on better-rated bikes, and you don’t need a large variety of programs to motivate you, you can’t go wrong with this machine. Price is reasonable. It is comfortable, silent and is small enough that it is not in the way. It does not overwhelm a room, and doesn’t make the room look like a gym. Went together perfectly — until the right pedal would not thread into the post. Called the co. and it was replaced within 4 days. I expected a much longer wait than that. Who is that prompt these days! I’m 5′4″ about 130 lb. and the adjustments for my height are perfect. Even though it says it holds 250 lb. my husband (under that!) is hesitant to try it. So, I can’t rate it for performance above 130 lb. being used every single day. Other than that — go for it! Great way to get in shape
