Let me first say Amazon has not done anything wrong. It took me three hours to put it together. When I finished I thought it did not work. You could not move the peddles, something had broken in and the bike was unusable. No way I wanted a repleacement if it broke when it may break again, or it may be good for a while since paus.Det took me three hours to assemble an hour to disassemble it and another hour to try to bring back in the box. I could not damage it, it was already broken. Do not forget this monster weighs 100 pounds, I have a heart condition. I do not need this. Do yourself a favor go to a local store has been delivering them put it together. If it does not work to get them to take it back. Ordered through Amazon. com. Got delivery of 4 / 27. Once opened, found the seat (back and seat) is missing from the box and one of the connectors for wiring insulator. Called Stamina and located so as to guarantee the exchange of 4 and 28. So far – nearly a week later – have not seen some parts so the bike is completely useless! Finally on 5 / 3, e-mail that the parts “treated” but still have no tracking number or any way to know when, how, or if they were shipped. Honestly folks, this is no way to run a business. I would not recommend doing business with staying power! If it were not so hard to pack, I would send it all back to Amazon. Rating: 1 / 5

Got the bike, it came in a heavily damaged box, but the bike and parts, not being skadad.Tog approximately two hours to assemble, which was easily had a clicking sound when I changed gears, called the company and they send a new motor.installerat it and it just shifted between two switches, thought it was the worst time to buy someone informed me to contact Amazon for replacement, with no problems they send a new bike, I sent back the crappy en.ny bike came to the same but undamaged packaging, put it together, this time it only took me an hour (rigging process I guess) and it works great! cycle gives no sound, my bike when I watch TV, and as a footballer I thought I had some leg muscle, but with the different programs on it, you can be a starter or a pro because it’s a good workout, either sätt.Betyg: 5 / 5

Put something together for about two hours, but I took my time. A motivated person can do it in 30 minutes quite easily. It is a stable cycle. Quiet, comfortable, sturdy (very important), the heart rate sensors built into the lower handlebars. I bought this for my pregnant wife, but I find myself using it quite often and I am a bit of a gym rat. Rating: 5 / 5
