I can not give a good review on this product because I have not got it. I contacted Amazon, who told me to contact the buyer, who told me to contact the Post. The buyer was not anything to help find my post and basically said that there was nothing they could do. I have since ordered a stepper and I are currently waiting for one to arrive. After buying two steppers, I jump at least one of them will come soon. Rating: 1 / 5

when I saw the ad for Fighting on TV, I thought it would be a great help for me to strenthen my legs and knees. When I got it and put it together I was very disappointed with it. I had not the strength to practice it. Plus it was hard for me to keep my balance on Strider.Så sorry to say it did not work for me. , I had hopes that it would. Just wish I could have got my free shipping money back. I had to pay it because I just could not use the item. Phyllis Mental Rating: 1 / 5

you really should not be in the form of this stepper. DVD’s work helps a lot more, this just makes your feet hearts. Rating: 2 / 5
