I PURCAHSED This DVD last year so I could use on the days I can not go to the gym and the IT CRACKED in the center and began to skip. I had to replace it. This is a great DVD, and gives an even better workout. Rating: 5 / 5

Gilad invented in principle Stepping! 21 years on television, still going strong. He knows what he’s talking about! Rating: 5 / 5

It is a good DVD, but a bit difficult for beginners step. I can do parts one and two, but after that I used. I know that leaves me time to strengthen up but I was looking for something a bit simpler to start with. I suggest looking at the hot parts and a couple of times before you try them. I looked hot and a section about 4 times before I tried it and just started on Section 2 of the day. I saw the whole band and you have to be quite fit to go the whole way. Rating: 4 / 5

I’m pretty young, like step aerobics, I read several reviews before purchasing this video indicated it was one of the best step aerobic routines. IT’S NOT. As if it is not clear through the door that the video is totally 80s. I thought it would not matter too much, a good job out there is a good work out. But all 80-jargon entire video is just too much. Plus train itself is far too slow, even when I did the video straight through, I felt that I needed to go to a run and try to get some real cardio in before moving to the masses. Rating: 2 / 5

I used to do Gilad’s workout in the early 90s. I have not done step aerobics since ‘97. I think the workout is intermediate. It can be a bit difficult for a novice to follow if they do not know the steps, but Gilad not break it down into three segments. The DVD has the ability to choose the segment you want to do. I loved the workout! It was quite right to me. Because of the recurrence and increase as I got a great workout. I also loved that there was an ab workout at the end. Rating: 4 / 5
