I did not pick up the fact that guest reviews are almost all women. I bought this for my husband who is about to have both knees replaced. I thought I would watch it until today. . . He will laugh at it and I doubt he will ever see det.Första have the fast forward button on the remote there. There are 15 minutes of advertising in the beginning. It is directed by a young woman who likes to make sex kitten eyes at the camera as if she is impersonating one of Carmen Electra striptease workout videos (do not get excited guys, it’s the one she has a lazy eye kind of way). The background looks like “The Bachelor” TV show’s Mansion, but they filled it with tulips and candles. Assistant (also a woman) has a carefully color-coordinated outfit to match the top woman. Diagram body muscle groups, of course, all have breasts. There are a lot of “arch your back and lift your butt now move. Then you have the fluffy spa towels carefully folded into a nice roll as you squeeze between your thighs. I do not know any men who were caught watching or following along for fear of their colleagues or friends find out på.Hon begin by saying almost all knee issues could be prevented by following her exercises is Bologna. She is very young and seems more like a yoga instructor rather than a physical therapist with a sound knowledge of orthopedic injuries , physical therapy. Finally, if you are a woman looking for a little stretching, yoga and meditation moves that can benefit your knees, you would probably enjoy this videon.Om your’e like most men who are looking for recovery, build muscle and to still feel masculine while working out this video is not for dig.Jag had not looked through it all, it was too much estrogen is happening to me. I’m sure the ladies raving about it will write angry comments on my review, but I give the guys direkt.Hahahahaha it to you (I turned it back on because I felt bad I did not give it a chance), she gives butterfly moves with her pelvis. This DVD has helped my knees, I must admit. But I’m talking continues and continues and so on. I do not understand why we need to hear the explanation for each muscle group each time the DVD is played. This is beyond annoying, I have written down the exercises so I do not hear that annoying woman drone on. Rating: 3 / 5

I got some great tips that make it worth buying so I give it four stars for a beginner. If you listen to what she says when you strecthing can you improve your technique. Definitely not for beginners and workout video I had hoped for. Rating: 4 / 5

I bought this DVD because I have weak knees and some knee pain and was hoping to find soemtihng it would help. I exercise, but not go as I should. This DVD was great in the fact that she explains muscle groups, what they do and how they affect the knee. I must say that my knees feel better after having done the exercises. She recommends doing the exercises at least every other day. I would recommend this DVD. Rating: 4 / 5

I enjoyed the tranquility of this DVD. Chantal’s voice was calm and pleasant to listen to. The options on the DVD was very helpful. It was quite instructive. The exercises were not too strenuous and forward at a leisurely pace. The price was a bit high for the DVD, however. Still worth buying. Rating: 5 / 5
