    This video is good for the startup training. Kind of easy for someone at the intermediate level, but the best thing about film is that you can create your own workout makes it more advanced. The biggest loser cast is great. Rating: 5 / 5

    The main purpose of buying this DVD would be one of two reasons: one, you’re ready to get in shape again, but have heard how difficult the Biggest Loser DVD series. Two, you’ve trained for a while and you want to keep it at a (near) daily basis – but do not always have the time or energy to do a full 30-60 minutes träning.Denna DVD contains five 10-minute programs, each containing a brief heating and cooling. Two Cardio levels (one by one without weights), and programs focused on abs, upper body and lower body – but it is Biggest Loser, most programs incorporate all of these things. Although only had 10 minutes, each program definitely your heart and your breathing revved up – these are not suitable for the weak of heart, although in a concentrated form.Intressant, despite what the cover might imply, are included on the DVD did not Biggest Loser Bob Harper as coach. Fan faves Sion and Tara, plus the horrible first female winner Ally are the stars who take turns hosting the program – sometimes even within a single segment. All three of them do a passable job, but lacks the simplicity and motivation Bob or Jillian. Tara is probably the most fiery, Zion is the most natural and Ally is just annoying as usual – she also comes out as the most nervous, despite his constant desire to give each rose more than 100%. All have used different workout DVD for the past 9 months, I am glad that I own. It can not burn too many calories, but it’s perfect to throw on when I have only little time to train and still allows me to feel like I agree with my fitness goals. Plus you can make the program more than one if you really want to train anymore.     This video is obviously for beginners – people who are willing to apply as contestants on the Biggest Loser – and as a beginner video, you can just what to do. It has sections in order to strengthen every part of the body and sections to improve cardiovascular endurance. It is designed for couch potatoes who are currently getting from the couch to try to improve their health. As a bonus, it is cut into five 10-minute piece that can be strung together in any combination of the viewer’s condition improved. Most of the people who gave this film a negative review either does not understand the word “JumpStart” or they were disappointed that Bob did not lead the exercises. If you’ve trained with Jillian’s videos or other videos with Bob, you’ll probably find this to be too easy. The former contestants who leads the exercises are not as polished as Bob and Jillian, are they doing an adequate job leading the viewer through exercises. If you want to know what the right form looks like, just watch Ali Vincent doing each exercise, because her form is perfect. Rating: 5 / 5

    I’m not a fitness expert. . . so were my thoughts through this lins.Jump start would be a good introduction to the nuts and bolts that. In ten minute intervals from the participant is given a decent building block of exercises. The participant starts with 10 minutes per day, and work up to 30 minutes a day. There is a cardio, upper and lower body workout. The same passport repeated during the week, but not back-to-back day-after-day. Following weeks to build on the first week schema.Biggest Loser Bob Harper shares some healthy eating habits and inspiring information building block and good sense, too. Exercises are led by the biggest losers winners (not all the Biggest Loser, but a few favorites who have personally gained by changing their lives.) This in itself is inspiring to everyone who watches the show knows where these people started. And it is encouraging to see people who are now in great shape and it’s still all about hating a particular exercise or heavy breathing / sweating while working ute.Jag think Biggest Loser fans who do not currently exercise would make a good choice to get this DVD. It may be helpful. and a good introduction to practice and learn the nuts and bolts of how and why certain things are done certain ways. Anyone looking for a murderer or very hard work will not likely be challenged on. I rented it and will not buy it after one week, I found that I wanted a bit more change-up. Bob’s advice was to release and encourage and then I realized what I learned from it. Rating: 3 / 5
