I did the oxygen therapy and it is fantastic. Found a website that sells pure food grade hydrogen peroxide. When I feel a cold or illness coming on, I take a day or two and make oxygen and the rest of my immune system in top shape! Me feel incredibly almost immediately! This occurred in a health store, but I got it for less at Amazon. Very detailed and useful information. Although Brenda Watson’s books are more contemporary and recommend U.S. products, etc. This book is useful as it has been ages-old methods of cleaning homes, some quite expensive. Rating: 5 / 5
