    I really did not feel that I’m exercising, it is as a basic work out, not much movement. Rating: 3 / 5

    This is difficult in the beginning and I did “The Firm” workout for several months, but stick with it and you will see results. Really gets your heart pumping and very motivating. The bonus workout is great if you are short on time. Rating: 3 / 5

    I’ve only done it a couple times a workout but it is really tough. Looking forward to work up to it. It kicked my butt, which is exactly what I need. Just found it a bit harder than the above that i have done. Definitely a good workout though! Rating: 4 / 5
