This is a nice introduction to self hypnosis and understand the relationships body mind. It helped me make healthy food choices and increased my interest to find more ways to be active. But after 23 days, I lie around 1-2 pound weight loss. I’m getting a bit discouraged, but self-hypnosis to help with these feelings and I can say, “my food intake is adequate, but I need to exercise more and more intense.” I will be back in a few months. For a person for a smaller proportion of weight to lose, this is very, very slowly. Rating: 3 / 5

this book and accompanied CD offers a way to have emotional control over your eating habits and reach what they call “your ideal weight.” I have used it for about a month and the more I use it, the less I eat (portion size) and I have less cravings. Hands down, I am glad I spent the money on this book, I am always a bit tired of buying “diet” books of any kind but I knew I had to kick my butt in my gear and fortunately, so was the kick start I needed. While I still struggle with my relationship with food, its an ongoing battle that I am starting to see me win. Not only is hypnosis helped me stay motivated to eat healthier and exercise but it has helped me to achieve a more positive image of myself. Another bonus is my vocabulary has increased (through hypnosis), all the words I’m reading now makes it out of my mun.Jag have found myself with a particular interest in reading and exploring the world of health and fitness. In the case of actual weight loss can I lose 40 pounds, (from my pre-pregnancy weight, 70 pounds in total if you count the pregnancy as well) so far. Its been 10 months since the child was born and I have 25 kg more to go before bikini ready!
