Overall a good product that I would recommend. Do whatever it is, looks good and is the right size. My only complaint is that the instructions are a bit difficult to understand. Not a bid deal but for someone not used to bother with the instructions, it’s definitely not as intuitive as I would like to but. But if you’re looking for a monitor to hear it is well worth the money. Rating: 4 / 5

I have used a Polar F11 for several years now, and I’ve stuck with it, despite the difficulty to replace the battery and navigate its menus because Polar came out with fabric chest strap a while ago, and they are good. Unfortunately the battery died recently, and the idea of Hasslinger with battery replacement again was so disappointing that I investigated other HRMS and bought the Timex. I’ve used Ironman watches for a couple of years and have been so pleased with them that Ironman HRM seemed promising. After a few uses, I’m pretty happy with the purchase. A couple of fine points: the data is much easier to read than my Polar. You can make your HR, HR percent, elapsed time, or time-dominant and fairly large, while other data have shown. The Illuminight works well. The watch is quite nice (while Polar was pretty ugly. Polar facelift of the top models in the last year or two has not helped much in my opinion). The menus are much more intuitive than the Polar. Chest strap, while less convenient than the Polar fabric one, is good. The band breathes well ventilated. I have not tried to change the batteries yet, but it must be much simpler than with the Polar, which is a bad joke. I also love the countdown timer, which I use when I rest while lifting weights. On the negative side, the Polar flashes and / or beep when your HR was out of your prescribed intervals. I know my zone 3 numbers, so it’s no big deal. The main negative is the strap. If it breaks (which is one of my Iron Man did), you must replace the entire clock. It is integrated into the watch body. I plan to be careful in removing it, and to reduce wear. My old Ironman broke at the point where the band would have folded back when you turn buckle flap. In addition, if you’re a data freak, my understanding is that the Polar ability to download, etc. is better. I’m into knowing my numbers while on the bike and after training, but I can not keep records, so I can not speak to that feature. Overall, A-. Rating: 4 / 5

So far I have only used it to run, but definitely does the job. I will ride with it on, and other heart-based exercises in the future to ensure that I do not work too hard or lätt.Hjärtat monitor chest strap works great for me. When properly adjusted, I do not know it when I run and it is not noticeable, even under a thin skjorta.Klockan looks cool and is not heavy or stick, so I have no problem to wear it at any time (and believe me, I’ve never been a watch person). I’ve used it while running over my campus in pouring rain and I was comforted that I could check the time without taking hold of my cell phone and give it vattenskador.Allt in all a good product and exactly what I needed and wanted. I bought this heart rate monitor to provide more metric points than my Sigma PC15 offered. Most importantly, this monitor can track the average heart rate during a specified interval. I use it to monitor my speed work and interval training, and to track my recovery times to give me a heads up for any of utbildningen.Kvaliteten on this product is excellent and I recommend anyone who wants a serious non-GPS heart rate monitor that buy one. I use it in areas that my old HRM would lose the signal because of interference without a single glitch yet. Rating: 5 / 5

It is very easy to use. If you just want to see and monitor the heart rate a bit, without any alarm, control, etc, this stuff is very easy to använda.Går longer taking any reading of the manual, the definition of zone 1-5, or manual border, alarm, consider osvBär it does not improve your work in the form of; – You can pace your work more methodically, you have measurable goals for your work-out lock some hiccups (mentioned below), you can review your work-out above normal can be made on the tread mill only the machinery. you may benefit from the “action” going mill while you do your work on the reading-Overall better motivation for all of your work ute.Draw back; – I learned that from time to time during the exercise, communication between the sensor and the watch was discontinued .
