This mat folds nice and seems välbyggd.Om you put on the plate that supports your vikt.Knä’s and elbow’s collapse the foam enough to know golvet.Om you plan to use it a lot might get one with firmer foam. Rating: 3 / 5

I bought one of these for my wife for Christmas last year. Having been in the house, we wondered what the smell was. It turns out to be related to this carpet. We left it outside when we could for the first month or two, packed up, hoping the nasty chemical smell would disappear. It never did. It was strong enough that you could feel it when you walked in the room, and we did not want to be in the same room with it. The smell seems to come from the foam inside zipped section. I can not say what it is, but you will not like det.Mattan spent the summer off and is now out in the shed. It has been unpacked for months and it still smells. It will go to Goodwill or the dump. This is another good example of the Chinese junk is not worth the money you spend on it, and it can pose additional health risks as well. Do not buy this to exercise to keep healthy.
