    I have mixed feelings about this product. I would like it and give it a chance, but the hypnosis sessions are boring. You go down the hall and into a room and see where you train, you walk into a room and see where you eat, you can see where you live, blah bla.Under most sessions, I am restless for that it must be clear because it is mind numbing. And it is too long. I listen to a different weight loss hypnosis and set your workout is only 15 minutes start to finish. The evening session of this set is almost an hour! Rating: 2 / 5

    As this program includes two CDs, I decided to try it even if it was more expensive than others I bought. It turned out not to be my ‘cup of tea “. The first CD waa a lecture and guided meditation. The binaural beats, running water and breath sounds in the background was annoying for me, even if the speaker said in the beginning to focus on his voice. The second CD had a few very valuable insights, but also a guided meditation and lecture. I was looking for hypnotic suggestions for self-esteem, eating and exercise habits. It would also have helped if the lecture and guided meditations were on separate tracks. It would also have been helpful if there had been a sample to listen to before purchase. Rating: 3 / 5

    I used the other product as Damien Young had done, the instinctive Weight Loss System. With that, I lost 65 pounds in just over five months. Amazing! I started using these CD’s extra motivation to train. So far, I am more than happy with the results. I wake up every morning after listening to the sound with a deep, burning desire to train and be active. I am well on track to reach a healthy weight for the first time in my life with the help of Damien and his products. I recommend this. Hopefully he will make a product to make more money.     I was skeptical to try hypnosis, especially self-hypnosis. And I still am. I do not know about this product really works or not. What I know is that I can not remember it ends with one of the sessions. It is because I fall asleep during the session or if it because I actually hypnotized during the session? What I know is that I have almost completely eliminated in between meal snacks, and when I do snack, it has been typically a piece of fruit. I also have been aware and actively change the content in my diet otherwise. My activity level has increased somewhat, but the motivation is there to do more. So, does this product? Honestly, I do not care. Maybe my changes are a result of the will versus hypnosis, but I will credit these recordings to aiding the willpower. And the relatively small price for me was a great value to this tool. Will it work in the long run? I do not know it either, but I know that no plan will work if I sabotage it. Bottom line, I must change my lifestyle, not my day or week, and I think this CD to help me do it. Give it a try. Rating: 3 / 5

    I have listened to c. d’s for about a month and I have gone to the gym to start my third week. I have not lost any weight yet but I feel that I am motivated to train. Rating: 5 / 5
