I am recovering from a herniated disk and is typically very active (running, swimming, martial arts) and need something small for my apt. for low-impact cardio while strengthening my hips and glutes. I was really skeptical about this thing, but everyone seemed to rave reviews. I’ve had it for over two weeks and it’s pretty cool. Not at all thin, and small enough that it is discreet in a small space. I watch television and pump on this. It really works glutes, inner and outer thighs. I am very satisfied. Unfortunately, it does not really fit under the bed, but it is really so small that it is in your face. If you are dedicated to really make the practice @ home, you can not go wrong with this – especially for the price! Rating: 5 / 5
