The segment I saw was a lady out of shape and rynkig.När in the distance, they are just beginners yoga stretches, there is nothing special about these routes. Rating: 3 / 5

I thought it was well prepared, but it was overpriced and I would rather gone to the library to get a yoga book instead. I paid $ 28, and it was probably worth 12-15. Some of the means is ridiculuous that you have to be Gumby to perform them. Rating: 3 / 5

I bought this DVD to get some therapeutic planning for the future, when, maybe I will slow down. And so it is. The DVD is very informative about the reasons that cause our pain, but I know them already, Gary is very correct KRFTSOW AND HIS PERFORMERS are real people, not nice, I liked this, but there is no SPIRITUAL OVER. I LIKE IT’S YOGA FOR spirituality, soul, IT, IT’S WONDERFUL satisfaction. THESE missing here. WHO’S LOOKING FOR VERY NICE Physiotherapy, find it HERE. And yes, it REALLY helps back pain. Perhaps this DVD is geared towards those in smaller physical form, but for me this DVD was too mild. I found my muscles were not so hard after neck and shoulder routine, but I longed for a deeper stretch for the majority of the routine. I have several other more powerful yoga DVD I use for fitness, so my take on it is subject to change. This DVD may still be good for those new to yoga.Betyg: 3 / 5

I would recommend a slower, more gentle DVD if you are new to yoga, is older, is not as smooth, and / or joint pain (such as knee pain with kneeling.) Even if education and explanation is good, the actual practice is quite fast paced. If you hurry and make those choices without making them the right way for your body, you will end up possibly injure yourself. Although I am older, I have used most of my life, but both Kraftstow DVD was difficult for me. I was disappointed to pay almost $ 50 for both of them, which I can only return to a partial refund. If you buy them, I would say get a used one for less to see if you like it first. Rating: 2 / 5
