ability to come up with excuses.
These excuses are the number one
factor that prevents anyone from completing a weight loss plan and it
happens more often than most are willing to agree.
The excuses that some people can make up may include things like not
having the time to exercise everyday or not having the time to prepare
the necessary meals to manage their weight loss.

Some people may just say that they are too old to exercise or that they
are not going to get enough support for their weight loss plan to
succeed. These are nothing more than excuses and they alone can prevent
anyone from achieving their goal weight.
The truth of the matter is that the exercise does not need to take any
real time and can often occur almost anywhere. Walking up a flight of
stairs versus using the escalator or elevator is an aerobic exercise
and does not take a lot of time to perform. Healthy meals need time for
planning and not for preparation.
Anyone can easily sit down and plan
their meals without using up too much time. Most people often do this
subconsciously when they are at the grocery store anyway.
As far as support goes, you would be amazed as to how many people
around you both at home and at work that would be a very supportive
addition to your circle of friends who can help you obtain your goals.
There is an entire list of potential excuses that you could make up to
prevent you from fulfilling your weight loss goals, but you need to
overcome this ability to make excuses. The simple fact that it is just
an excuse and does not really exist and as long as you are able to
remember that for any excuse you could possible make up, you will be
able to find ways to overcome it with ease.
Sometimes, the easiest way to overcome this is to simply write down all
the possible excuses that you could come up with on an index card and
hang them on your bathroom mirror. Make an attempt everyday to overcome
at least one of the excuses and then scratch it off the list. Before
long you will see your excuses disappear and realize that with enough
belief in yourself you can in fact overcome just about anything.
It all comes down to you ability to commit yourself, and I some cases
you will need to train yourself to being able to become committed
through sacrifice and dedication to your goals.
