It took me 30 mins. to get to a work-out. . . I’m sorry, I’m a busy person. . . I just want to get to the heart of the matter. Show me the yoga for gods sake! the workout was easy and I understood what to do by watching the video. . .

This is good for backs, but it is not inspiring yoga. I’m giving it to my husband, who is lukewarm on yoga, but has back issues.

This DVD was very basic, and not at all what I expected from the advertisements. It would probably be good for an elderly, totally inactive person.

This product is great. It goes at just the right pace for a beginner. The facilitator voice is relaxing in itself.

Great for low back issues. Nicely divided into short (10 to 30 minute) sections. Just the right pace. Nice voice to listen to. No music in the background, which I like. It is a keeper.
