There is info which DVD is aimed at all skill levels. NOT TRUE! This is not a DVD for yoga beginners, this is for someone who has done yoga for years and know the positions. I am a beginner and I was not even a 1 / 4 of what is available on DVD. Shiva Rhea can do poser, yay or her. Not yay for a beginner. She describes not just say “put your feet here and happening here.” And the way she acted at the same time makes this reminds me of someone who is stoned out of their sinne.Denna DVD is not for beginners, no matter what DVD Info section says. I wish someone had told me what I wrote below before I bought this DVD. I’ll return it and after my review below on Amazon. com so that others can see what is happening in this DVD. I can not do so in good conscience. and no matter how hard I try, I can not erase the images of worship dancers and the huge Buddha images in my head when I see this DVD.Efter having read good reviews on Amazon. com, I decided to buy this DVD, Shiva Rea Yoga Shakti DVD. It is a big mistake. . Today I saw the negative reviews that I saw three weeks ago and I wish they were available then. I will return this DVD and buy Bryan KEST instead. I hope that my review will help you make informed decisions if you are considering buying this DVD.Saker I do not like about this DVD: 1. I do not like the Hindu religion is integrated throughout the DVD. Is worship dancers, drums, gongs, chanting music and pictures. When Shiva Rea does dance like yoga flow, it is this group of worship dancers on the screen. During any transition period for the titles of sessions to display on the screen, there are Hindu dancers, pictures, which is very distracting. When she makes the flow of the shoulder stand, she is in a building with a large Buddha statue head on the wall with what is in the limelight and appears on the screen for unnecessary time. For those who do not want something with the religious part, I recommend that you do not buy this DVD.2. Some people comment that it is too fast paced to follow. After watching it, I think it is so true and that is why Shiva Rea dancing to trance dance with dyrkare.3. You spend too much time to watch video while the head is facing down or up the poser. There are not enough teaching at all for me to follow it without having to strain your neck to watch her. You do this with only verbal ledtrådar.Jag love to do yoga poses to relieve pain and stress and be flexible. I do not want anything to do with the religious part.
