I’m a neuroscientist and I don’t know how they did it but it works like a charm! Take a relaxing break the first day you put it on, but then you’ll adjust and every day will be stress-free: you won’t want to smoke. . . but even if you did, these patches would still be helping you quit in the long run (unlike the regular nicotine patches). . . I bought this for my daughter because I had used it 3 years ago. It works great! I smoked for 39 years and put the patch on and have never smoked again. I only used 1 box! The fact that it is an all natural products instead of having nicotine in it was the best reason to buy it.
